Seems to have been fixed.

huh. this is oddish. my @hellokitty.com address works but this one, after logging in, won’t open my inbox. it just reopens the page when i click to check mail.
And it gets worse. Had four calls from people who have sent e-mails informing me that they have received Mailer Deamon message advising that the message cannot be delivered. Looks as if there is a serious problem.
I can't check my emails. Its saying that my email account has been deactivated. I need to get back in to read my mail. Can someone help please?
i can't check my email either, whenever i click the mail button it redirects me to the index
All of the above applies to me as well. It's been days now and I need to access my emails in order to use some sites.
On a lot of sites we can't even change our registration email because that would require confirmation via our sanrio account first.
Does anyone from the tech side of sanriotown check this forum? Please help or tell us what is going on.
Worryingly I can't see any way of contacting anyone. Links either take me nowhere or to twitter/Facebook accounts that have not been updated for years. :(
I have never been able to access mine - whenever i try to "activate" the registration I get this error:
script 'mail/www/index.phtml' not found in path (/srv/outblaze/app/member.sanriotown.com/application/views/scripts/)
I'm having the same problem as you, I can't remake my account and it gives me that script error! I had it in 2013.
I wish someone would help :(

I've not been able to view my e-mails before, and I joined on April 1st. Weeks later, the feature is still not working. The page just shows as "This page is not working."

My email account was deactivated. I tried to re-activate it again but it keeps showing error.
And I actually joined SanrioTown more than 10 years ago. I don't know why it shows that I joined in May 2018.

Help! I can't get to my email. It says my account was deactivated even though i login everyday. When I fill in the information it asks for it says 'error in registration.' I need to access information!

Edit for clarification: I can login and access my account, however when I click "Check Mail" I am unable to check my email.
I've had this problem since yesterday evening. I keep trying to open it but all I get is that box saying I'm not a robot. It's ridiculous-I NEED to access this account.
Well at least I'm not the only one but this is really nonsensical.
Why are they locking people out of their email accounts. I need to access this email so that I can use some websites and services.
That's what I get for using a joke email for things I actually use I guess.

I can't log into my email today, it says my account is inactive, but I log in everyday to check my email. PLEASE HELP!!
This is the same problem I'm having, I can log in and look at other things - but as soon as I go to Check Mail I get that message saying I haven't logged in for 30 days, yada yada yada, which is not true. I check the I Am Not A Robot box, make sure to accept the Terms of Service, but get looped back to the same message; with the added message of 'error in registration.'
Can anyone help please, all day it's been saying that my account has been deactivated, are Sanriotown having problems again??
Seems to be a technical issue with the site, since we're all having the same problem. I would assume it would be fixed within the next few hours/ day? I emailed support so we shall wait and see..

Same here. I'm hoping they fix it soon. It said somethign about inactivity but I check my e-mail everyday. It's my main. I may have to change that though.

My email has been deactivated. I log in several times a week. Why is this happening? Will Sanriotown delete my personal emails that I have kept in a file?
