how do i get friends and how do i go shopping?

Okay sweetie.
For friends, you can go into the "friendship" Section and thread of the forum, and meet them there. ^_^
As for go shopping, if you mean in HKO, you can do it on the right of your screen when you log in, there should be an item mall Icon. By shopping, I am not too sure what you mean.
Or do you mean how do you buy cash points?
