Same!!! My alarm always makes a clicking noise before it beeps, and when I hear that sound, I just sit up in bed. It makes me feel like I'm floating...

Perhaps you have to exercise more often, by doing gym during the day, your body ends up more tired by night therefore you wish your bed sooner and have a nice sleep =).
Besides gym is good for health and it could be funny as well, there are lot of ways to practice, for example sports could be a way...

if your a kid you could get a soft toy to sleep with to make you relax and sleep in a bit later
