    Problem with Email Verification

    How come I can't verify my email registration the emaiI editor is unable to give me keyboard for me to edit, the email space that they provided.Though they have an visible in the space. HOW CAN YOU CONFIRM YOUR OWN EMAIL IF YOU CANT EVEN OPEN THE MESSAGE BOX? NEED SOMEONE TO REspond to me...30 days is only provided days for me to confirm...what to do?

    The game still working? I've downloadad the client but it's not downloading and can't activate my account neither, help please.

    Contact support@hellokitty.com for issues with your account. Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do to get the game client to download the patch files. Even the patch server is offline.

    Is there anyone there? Better question anyone competent and responsible there?
    Maintenance is to preserve and keep functional equipment or systems not to be destructive as has happened fron the 1 February maintenance shutdown. If we were on an ocean liner we would never reach port. The performance is something to be truly ashamed of.
    Let's have an honest response Is Sanriotown capable of and committed to providing a reliable e-mail service or should we look at ourselves in the mirror and say stop being ************************ and move on?

    Exclamation Email still down over a week!!!!!!!!

    Is anything being done? We can't access emails.

    I've tried contacting support several times and have not gotten a response.

    There are plenty of posts from members in different spots. You have to notice this issue!

    What is going on? When will it really be fixed? Your last fix didn't work! You must know that. I can't find any acknowledgement from staff that you are working on this issue.
