    Cant Log In!! Need My Email Back!!

    Hi,

    Have had 2 HK email accounts for many years. Just yesterday I attempt to log in and I get sent to page containing;

    Your email account has not been activated yet or has been deactivated due to inactivity. An email account gets deactivated if its user has not logged in for 30 days .Please provide the information required below to activate your email account.

    I submit email and agree to the TOS, and the page resets.

    I check both accounts daily.

    I need my Email!!!

    Me too, no email access yesterday and today. I can log in to the sanriotown site but get the same error (account new/ inactive) when trying to access email, despite being a heavy email user on the account daily for years.

    This happened a few weeks ago as well, but seemed to get resolved within 24hrs. This time it's not been.
    Really wish Sanrio would at least answer to let us know what's going on!
