    That link doesn't work in all browsers, some will still refuse the connection (because the site uses an enforced secure connection protocol). The strict secure protocol is also why the page doesn't load properly on browsers which DO allow you to circumvent the security warning.

    Dear flyingmouse, that link works:

    Explorer, Opera, Firefox, Chrome let me into my Hellokitty Inbox, reading, writing, replying, sorting, forwarding, flagging, deleting, emptying there. Don't know what happens with other browsers...

    Maybe I shall be somewhat more specific:

    I use

    http://www.sanriotown.com/main/index.php?lang=us

    (with 'us' as language, others are possible, too) for log-in, getting

    http://www.sanriotown.com/main/index.php .

    Then I rightclick 'Check Mail' & open it in a new tab. The error & al. message appears - I change the URL of that page to https://mail.sanriotown.com/mail/mail/listing/INBOX , press enter & bingo!

    https://mail.sanriotown.com/mail/mail/listing/INBOX/1 works, too...

    I've tried using the mobile version and was able to get in my inbox. However, it's very hard to navigate. How about contacting the admin (if they're still around) to get this fixed asap? This is my business email after all...

    Running an older version of Firefox (kept from updating on purpose), I was refused not only access to the links provided, but ALSO refused access to the ability to circumvent the error because the protocol the site uses is not intended to allow circumvention. There was a specific warning relating to the type of secure connection being requested by the site. Using my up-to-date Firefox, or Opera (which is basically Chrome), it allows me to add an exception, but the page fails to display correctly. When digging a little into the code to figure out why, it quickly became obvious that circumventing the security protocol really ISN'T intended, and is the cause of the formatting problems.

    Why would Sanrio discontinue a character they've been using for 40+ years?

    Sanriotown hasn't been around that long.

    I had problems with my account a few months ago and was able to contact them via the contact us option but now when I click on that it tells me that page doesn't exist.

    I have flight tickets I need to print off that I am now going to have to set up an account else where and get them resent to.....grrrrrrrrr!!!!
