I've seen people reply to threads with like a picture or a quote at the bottom of their message- how do I do that?

Those are called “signatures” with the name you can do some research, search your forum profile/settings on where the siggy option is located you can easily add text, but pics/links might be a little bit more complicated, not really. If I use my laptop later I could add more info. Just explore w/ that option. Check the ask ST forum which might include info.

If you click on the "quick navigation" either at the top or bottom of the page, you can go to your settings. Along the left hand side will be "Edit Signature". That will pull up a box identical to the one for making a post
