    To everyone: If you really need to access your inbox, either try what the user above me said, or try using a different browser that will let you bypass the error.


    Just be glad that the email is even working at all, and wait patiently. Hopefully SanrioTown will resolve the problem. They have already been emailed about it.

    Same Certificate Error since November 19 2016

    I sent an email to support@hellokitty.com on November 21, asking when this issue would be resolved. I received a email receipt from them, saying they would get back to me as soon as possible.

    I recommend everyone else try the same. Maybe they'll at least post an announcement about how, or if, they're going to resolve the issue. Write to support@hellokitty.com

    According to the Forum the last site maintenance they announced was for September 2016. I can't imagine that they would discontinue SanrioTown without telling their accounts... I've been using this site and email for over 10 years.

    Mine keeps saying its dangerous to continue to our emails... will our information be stolen like its indicating?

    I doubt SanrioTown would steal our information.


    I think it's okay to bypass certificate errors if you trust the site.

    I can't even get past the captcha code I just get errors.
