    Exclamation Dream Carnival

    So Im back to playing this game but it seems like i cant get out of dream carnival. Also my levels are not going up..is this game not working anymore or am I doing something wrong ? I only have these 'areas' like florapolis area, paris area ect. but these areas are all in dream carnival. I remember back when i started playing in 2009 they where different cities to go to but now it seems like everything is just in dream carnival.
    Can anybody help please?

    Did you try using the Sanrio Harbor portal at the dock?
