    Unhappy help- I can't reactivate my account!

    Hello! I am experiencing the exact same thing, and cannot reactivate my account. I've tried to type in the recaptcha code dozens of times and keep getting the same error message. I have no problem logging into my sanriotown account but this issue prohibits me from checking my email on here.

    Can anyone help?

    Can you try sending an email to support@hellokitty.com ? You can set the email to high priority and they do respond.

    Unhappy i can't re-activtate my account

    this is the reactivation link but it does not work:

    it just says "Error during registration, please try again." the captcha does not work. nothing works. heeeellppp!!!!
