I had emailed SanrioTown's support team with no feedback on what's going on, I still can't check my emails like most of you so I assumed this meant I would never be able to check them. I finally got word back from their team, they are working on the issue and ask for our patience. I have important emails I NEED to check asap too but you guys don't know how great it is to know that something is being done. I just thought I'd share this since I was freaking out the first 2 weeks I didn't get an answer back. I hope they are able to resolve this quick.
