    Can not check email

    I Can login but cannot check email, It has been deactivated. I have some important messages on it. it stated that the account gets deactivated if its user has not logged in for 30 days, but I used to use it every few days.
    I have tried to activate by clicking the text I AM NOT ROBOT several times but always faild.
    Plesae help me to solve this problem. thank you very much

    Hey Maidjing, the issue seems to be something wrong with the email server- it seems to be affecting all Sanriotown users. When similar outages have happened in the past the issue has usually been solved within 2 days or so and all emails have been safe. Hope this puts your mind at ease.

    Is this still the case? It's 2018 now....
