    Since you didn't describe your problem in details, I can guess only

    If you try to enter your mailbox from https://www.sanriotown.com make sure that you choose as language (in the upper right corner of the webpage)

    IntlEn

    before you enter your username and password.

    IntlEn language already set. I haven't had any other option set since that was an option that existed as the language of choice.

    Login EITHER gives me a repeating captcha page telling me to reactivate my account because it hasn't been used in 30 days (less than 20 hours actually but who's counting?) OR gives me a "too many redirects" error and refuses to load the page.
