Why does an error message come up when I try to comment on blogs, or delete the default message on mine?

Hello!

Can you provide the exact error message/s that you encounter in accessing the blogs? Sometimes, if you stay idle while logged in on the site, the system tends to "kick" you out. Try to refresh the screen. Try to change browsers as well. If it still does not work, please email us at support@hellokitty.com and send us complete details and screenshots of the error message/s.

Hello!

Do you still encounter that same error message? Please try the following:


[1] refresh screen and check if your post/s were published/saved - Sometimes posts get published even if you encounter the error/s.
[2] clear cache
[3] change browsers

Usually that error appears at random. Waiting for a few minutes and repeating the post sometimes helps. Also, check if your internet connection is stable. Slow connection sometimes contributes to this error.
