    Angry Lost my Sanrio Loyalty Points

    it happened on 27th august

    when the item mall started working again after some problem with "get user information failed". I opened it. then i tried to buy a field style farm .it then said something that mean i failed to buy my farm. then i exit item mall,then opened it again.but tsurprisingly, my SLP became 810 frrom 2060 which mean it have been reduced by 1250 points(cost of the farm)
    but i dont even get my farm!!!

    how can i get my SLP back or get the farm i supposed to get???

    i really really need it!!! XC

    Same happened to me. I tried to gift a friend an Item Mall farm and it failed when I sent it. I asked if she got the farm gift and she said no.

    Ya, I bought some stuff from the item mall a couple of days ago and it didnt work for me eithor. Then my loyalty points were gone as well. Oh well, hopefully they will fix it and we can get our items or the points back.
    Just one smile can make someones day better.

    @lidie: did you get the item you want?

    but now i dont have enough point to buy the item i want anymore. and its such a pain to collect it over again.

    i really need HKO to fix this problem
