You need to get the updated version so that you wont experience problems in playing HKO. May I ask, where and when did you get the older version?

Once you delete your old character and start a new one, you will really start at the Dream Carnival. Are you sure you patched all parts of the client? Check out this thread: http://forum.sanriotown.com/showthre...nrio-Harbour-( ---> Look for the advice in getting the fully patched client.

Check if your version is correct.

Then he must check the version of the HKO client that he is currently using. Refer to the posts in this thread. I think all the answers were already posted. If after all the tips and answers mentioned wont work, please email help@hellokittyonline.com and send a detailed report of the problem.
