    Can not recieve emails!


    I have linked my account to one of my Chinese online game account, everytime I change my password in the game they will sent me a link to my hellokitty email address, but recently I can not recieve emails from the game site anymore, and I have called the game customer support and they said nothing wrong with the game site, maybe email account has filted my emails? Is that possible? I also have empty my junk mail and nothing in there too, can you please help me?!

    A tiny advice (will not help much) add the online game's email address to your Email contacts here in Sanrio Town's inbox. Some company write stuff like "to ensure you get our emails please add us to your contacts."
