    Stuck on "converting movie"

    Whenever I upload a song, it seems to get stuck at the beginning of the "converting movie" Stage. Any ideas why this happens? Can it be fixed?

    It only supports MP3 files.


    If you don't have something on your computer to convert it to an MP3, I guess you could email me a copy and I could change it to an MP3 and send it back to you.
