For the custom user titles hmm I doubt it but it is possible. I'll try to suggest about it but there are still things that have higher priorities and needs to be done.

I'm not sure to the answer about your third question.

User titles are possible on vbulletin, but are disabled by default.

The third question has to do with how guests can see these forums. Most settings are at default, but can be changed.

There is a double post prevention mod for vb that I know of. Details: http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=233234 Could be used here.

Yup I know that custom user titles are possible but I doubt that they will allow it.

Is it possible to display the overall most recent forum posts somewhere? I know I keep missing some topics or replies because I forget to stare at the post date of every reply in a category before marking it as "read"

Currently we can use the Forum Search but I guess a link on the main page would be easier to access.

Could we get some of the sticky posts un-sticky'ed in the HKO Announcements Forum? Some of the old mystery pets/places contests can probably be moved to just regular posts
