Unable to access Sanrio Town e-mail account‏

I have not been able to check my Sanrio Town mail for 2 weeks or more. I've tried using different internet browsers such as IE, Firefox and Chrome but I still can't access it. For IE, when i click the Check Mail link it shows Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage. For Firefox, it shows The connection has timed out (The server at mail.sanriotown.com is taking too long to respond). As for Google Chrome, Google Chrome could not connect to mail.sanriotown.com. I've tried deleting my browser history and disabling my firewall and antivirus setting but it still doesn't work. Please help. Thank you.
